Policy for downloads and templates

If you plan to purchase multiple downloads, we highly recommend creating an account on our website. This will facilitate easy access to your downloads in case you are unable to retrieve them immediately after purchase. Bundles are considered as multiple downloads.  To create an account, simply click on the three lines in the top left corner and scroll down Until you see “sign in”.

Please note that you are allowed three download attempts per purchase. Once this limit is reached, you will need to repurchase the classes. Classes and downloads will not be resent they will need to be repurchased to gain access again.


You may watch classes and view templates immediately after purchase. I recommend purchasing when you are ready to view them. Please make sure that you are familiar with the device that you're downloading these files to and know how to find the files on your device after downloading. The CenApproach is not responsible for downloads that you cannot find on your devices. 


For optimal storage, we recommend downloading on an iPad, laptop, or desktop. While it is possible to download on a phone, ensure that you have sufficient storage space. Additionally, please connect to a reliable Wi-Fi network before initiating the download. If you are using a phone, we advise that you avoid making calls during the download process; consider enabling "Do Not Disturb" mode to minimize interruptions.


Once purchased and downloaded no refunds will be given. Please contact support if you need assistance after purchase at censhaefitch@thecenapproach.com. This is the only way to get assistance for $1 classes and templates. Instagram direct messages, facebook messenger, and tiktok direct messages are not permitted forms of communication for support issues. Please allow our team 2-10 business days for a response. Business days are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm central standard time.

Event Decor & Balloon Decor Policy

PAYMENTS:  Payments are required every 2 weeks. No Payment without communication will result in event cancellation. No refunds will be given. Payments can be made on our make a payment tab on our website.  You're responsible for completing your payment. Events must be paid in full (balance at $0) 2 weeks prior to event date. If balance is not paid in full by the deadline your event will be up for cancellation. 


PHOTOS: All clients are responsible for getting all photos turned in that will be used for their event. Photos must be submitted to The CenApproach LLC 2 weeks prior to your event. If photos are not submitted by the deadline The CenApproach LLC cannot guarantee that the photos will be used. We ask that all photos submitted are professionally taken with no added filters for the best quality and large printing.  

NAMES & AGE: When booking an event for yourself or someone else you are responsible for submitting the guest of honors name and age upon booking to The CenApproach LLC. If it is a baby shower and you’re unsure of a name at the time of booking you have until 2 weeks before your baby shower to submit a name if you would like it to be included in your baby shower. 

Policies and Traveling

  • IF YOU’RE NOT IN BIRMINGHAM, AL OR WITHIN 25 MILE RADIUS OF BIRMINGHAM, AL PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING TO DISCUSS TRAVEL FEES. IF YOU BOOK AND PAY A DEPOSIT BEFORE CONTACTING ME CONCERNING TRAVEL FEES REFUNDS TAKE UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE. 
  • For ALL  confirmed bookings , retainer fee and payments are non-refundable!! The retainer fee is the deposit you submit when you book the date on the website. In the event that something comes up you can reschedule services on the next available date! You’re only allowed to reschedule one time.  You can only reschedule under the circumstances of : acts of God, fire, storm , hospitalization or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national/ state of emergencies, global pandemic shutdown.
  • SERVICE TIME: When booking you have to select a time of service. The time you select should be the time we can come in and provide the service. Each full event takes 3-4 hours minimum to set up. All rental set ups take 45 minutes. Be aware that these times are minimum and may take more time depending on the number of guests. If the client is more than 45 mins late to let us in the venue, The CenApproach LLC staff must depart and reschedule your event for the next available date. This also goes for drop offs on rental items. We sometimes service more than 1 event per day So timing is very important. The next event lined up can't be at fault for other client's tardiness. This can be excused in the event of a tragedy and can be rescheduled for next available date. 


  • VENUE RULES: If we are rendering service at a venue you provide, they must provide tables and chairs.
